Product introduction
PolyFox PF-154N is an environmentally friendly water-based non-ionic fluorosurfactant used in water-based coatings to improve leveling and product appearance. In the proper formulation, PolyFox PF-154N can be used to replace telomerization and other traditional fluorosurfactants such as 3M's FC-129. Compared to traditional fluorosurfactant technology, PolyFox PF-154N greatly reduces the introduction of air bubbles and air.
Main features and efficacy
· Good water solubility for use in aqueous systems
· Does not cause foaming, especially for paint industry.
The molecular size is small, suitable for the electronics industry.
High efficiency, the addition amount for most applications does not exceed 1%.
· Safe, no environmental health and safety risks.

Application recommendation
PolyFox PF-154N can be directly added to water-based paints with stirring. The typical addition amount is 0.05-1%, but the fluorine-containing compound system often has a large difference in the addition amount of each system, and it is difficult to generalize. The screening test phase should test a range of concentrations, the best performance is often based on a specific concentration, adding more or less will affect the final effect.
