Product introduction
Baypren® 320-2 P is a chlorinated butadiene rubber with a high crystallization rate. Its glue viscosity is medium, and its molecular side chain can be grafted with methyl methacrylate. Its performance is basically similar to that of Bayer Flat 320-2, and it is suitable for formulating contact adhesives (universal adhesives), which can produce strong adhesive force in a very short bonding time.
Because it is a non-sulfur or thiuram modified product, it is especially suitable for those adhesive products that require high resistance to yellowing.

Solubility
Easily soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents, soluble or swollen in ketone and ester solvents, insoluble in white oil, easily soluble in various mixed solvents (see section 1.2.2. of T.I.B glue raw materials)

waste disposal
Discarded residues should be incinerated according to local regulations. European countries should follow the European Waste Catalogue (EWC) code for disposal. Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet for further information.
In areas not subject to German packaging regulations, carefully cleaned packaging can be incinerated in local or industrial incinerators. Do not remove harmful labels until the packaging has been cleaned.

Properties/Applications
Bayerpin® 320-2 P can be grafted with methyl methacrylate. Its performance is basically similar to that of Bayer Flat® 320-2, and it can be used to formulate versatile adhesive products for various purposes, such as shoemaking, woodworking, plastic products and floor coverings.

storage
Under normal storage conditions (10-25℃, dry, avoid direct light exposure), the shelf life is one year after shipment.
