Compared with general polyester and polyether-based diols, it exhibits excellent mechanical properties, hydrolysis resistance, thermal stability, weather resistance and solvent resistance.
Applications
Artificial leather, synthetic leather, TPU, TPE, spandex, adhesives, two-component polyurethane coatings, self-healing PU coatings, waterborne polyurethane dispersions; elastic and wear-resistant coatings, etc.
To improve durability, light resistance, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, and heat-resistant yellowing performance, PCDL will be the best choice.
Solubility/Dilution
Compatible with esters, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons and ether esters. Long-term storage of low solids solutions may result in turbidity and precipitation. Polyurethane grade solvents should be used (<0.1% moisture and no other reactive impurities).
