Recommended dosage
Calculated according to the original material and inorganic pigments: 5-30%
Calculated on the basis of original materials and organic pigments: 20-70%
Calculated according to the original carbon black: 40-150%
Recommended dosage for co-grinding: 0.5-2.0%
Instructions for use
Add grinding before dispersing
This product should not be used as the sole wetting and dispersing additive when grinding carbon black pigments
A resistance test should be done before using unpainted stainless steel as a product for storage and transport

recipe suggestion
1. Very good substitute for viscosity reduction: TEGO® Dispers 755 W
2. In order to achieve the best blackness of the lamp black, it is effective to use TEGO® Dispers 750 W with TEGO® Dispers 760 W (4:1 to 1:1 active).
3. In case air bubbles are generated during the pigment dispersion process, an efficient but also compatible defoamer can be used
agent concentrates (eg TEGO® Foamex 8050, TEGO® Foamex 810, TEGO® Foamex 830).
4. The addition of rheology modifiers (such as fumed silica) to inorganic pigment pastes has been shown to be beneficial.
5. The starting formula of color paste is available upon request.
