Solubility / Dilution
This product is soluble in water.

Features/Applications
This product is specially designed for the coating of plastic substrates. In addition, the product exhibits high performance properties on a variety of substrates when used in PVC floor coating formulations. Can also be used in putty and topcoats (one- and two-pack). At the same time, the product can also be used in all kinds of plastic substrates with elastic requirements, as a one-component metal primer or anti-stone chip system and other applications.
Coatings based on Bayhydrol XP 2648 have good leveling, chemical and weather resistance, and are also stiff and flexible.
The product can be mixed with polyester, polyurethane and acrylate dispersions, but compatibility must be tested for specific applications.
The product can also be mixed with waterborne UV systems. This product improves resistance when cured with Bayhydur XP 2570. The mixing ratio of grinding base and curing agent is generally 10:1. Bayhydrol XP 2648 does not require the addition of coalescents.

store
The storage temperature in the original airtight container is kept between 0°C and 40°C. Under these conditions, the product can be stored stably for about 6 months.

This product is not classified as dangerous according to European Commission Directive 67/548/EEC or 1999/45/EC.
The Safety Data Sheet (995200) must be followed, which includes information on labelling, transportation and storage, as well as information on product use, product safety and ecology.

Remark
Currently, datasets on product feature data and other data have not been statistically validated. After the process is further improved, adjustments can be made, such as from pilot production to large-scale production.
