Product introduction
Dispercoll® (Dispercoll®) U56 is a high molecular weight water-based anionic polyurethane dispersion, a heat-activated polyurethane adhesive raw material, which can be used in furniture, automobile, shoemaking, construction and other industries. Dibaike® U56 is particularly suitable for applications with low activation temperatures, including bonding of temperature-sensitive substrates.

application
Dipei® U56 has excellent adhesion properties to many synthetic materials and natural materials. Adding 2-5% (weight ratio) of water-emulsifiable polyisocyanate curing agent-Desmodo® D can improve adhesion Thermal stability, plasticizer resistance, grease and oil resistance properties. The curing agent should be added before the adhesive is used and should be dispersed evenly. Pay attention to the potable time of the mixed adhesive. In order to expand the technical performance of special application fields or customized products, resin dispersions, emulsifiers, thickeners, etc. can also be added. Before use, especially before spraying, the formulated adhesive product must be filtered to remove polymer particles that may form in the adhesive.
Package
120kg plastic drum, 1100L container, tank car.
store
Stored in the original airtight container at 23°C, the shelf life of Dibaike® U56 after shipment is 6 months. Storage temperatures above 30°C should be avoided. The storage temperature should not be lower than 5℃, otherwise the product will freeze and solidify. A solidified Dripped® U56 will be completely ineffective. The packaging container must be tightly closed and protected from direct sunlight, otherwise the evaporation of water will cause it to form a non-redispersible polymer film.
waste disposal
Useless DIPPE® product residues should be incinerated in accordance with local regulations, and polymer dispersions should be handled under special supervision and must not contaminate soil or surface water.
