P-1000 P-2000 is a modified polyether polyol with high primary hydroxylation. Compared with ordinary polyether polyol, it has the characteristics of high reactivity, high mechanical strength and good water resistance and weather resistance. Widely used in polyurethane resin synthesis, adhesives, elastomers, coatings, etc.

  Features:

1. High reactivity
(1) High reactivity with isocyanates:
(2) Shortened reaction time leads to lower overall cost: Compared with ordinary PPG, it has a shorter reaction time and thus reduces production costs.

Note: The above time is the reaction time when the test response rate is 100%. Test conditions: OH/NCO=1/2 (mol ratio), reaction without catalyst.
(3) Short curing time: Compared with ordinary PPG, the curing time can be shortened, and it has high reactivity at different temperatures, which can reduce the amount of catalyst added.
(4) Reduce the generation of CO2: The primary hydroxyl group in the P-2000 structure can preferentially react with isocyanate to reduce the generation of CO2.

Composition: polyol/ethylene glycol/MDI R(NCO/OH)=1.05
Compared with ordinary PPG, it has higher mechanical strength, and the synthetic leather made of P series products has a softer handle than the products made of PTMEG.

  Sample condition

Device: SUPER UV TESTER; light source: metal halide mercury lamp; irradiation intensity: 75mW/cm2; irradiation temperature: 73°C 50%Rh×3.8hr; 38°C 95%Rh×1hr for 3 days (15 cycles).
