storage and transportation
This product is temperature sensitive. Store and transport below 35°C and mix well before use.

Graining test method: Disperse the wax additive at 4 m/s for 5 minutes, then add 20% butyl acetate, keep stirring at 4 m/s for 2 minutes, use a 100 um film applicator
Scraper on a glass plate. The coating should be clear and free of particles during drying.
Fineness test method: scraper fineness meter, ISO1524. Disperse the wax additive at 4 m/s for 5 minutes, test with a 50um scraper fineness meter, fineness: 15um.

Features and advantages: The additive can improve the directional arrangement of effect pigments such as aluminum powder and pearlescent powder, and improve the effect of different light and different colors; reduce short-wave defects (spotting, Bernard vortex), and improve the performance of the next overcoat varnish. Leveling; prevent settling in the tank.
Recommended use
CERAFAK 103 is recommended for solvent-borne basecoats and single-coat automotive metallic topcoats.
Recommended dosage
50% additive dosage (as purchased) is based on solid resin.

Joining method and processing guidance
The wax additive was uniformly dispersed at 4 m/s, and the resin solution was added under stirring. In the system containing CAB, the CAB solution should be uniformly dispersed with the resin solution at high speed (> 5 m/s), and then the stirred wax slurry should be added. Pigment paste and solvent should be added with stirring.
