Product Description :
Chlorinated polypropylene (CPP for short) is a thermoplastic resin chemically modified from polypropylene (PP). Widely used in inks, coatings and adhesives in various fields. It has strong adhesion to polypropylene (PP) and good adhesion to polyethylene, paper, lead film and other materials, so it is widely used in ink, paint and adhesive industries.

illustrate :
(1) Viscosity refers to the value measured at 25°C with a rotational viscometer at a rotational speed of 750 rpm in a toluene solution containing 20% of the product.
(2) At the request of customers, chlorine content and viscosity can be controlled within the range of 1% and ±50 MPa, respectively.
The main purpose :
(1) Chlorinated polypropylene is the main raw material in the production of composite inks for BOPP, OPP, PET and PE films.
(2) Chlorinated polypropylene can be used as the adhesive of BOPP, OPP, PET, PE, AL film and paper, and can also be used as the main raw material for the production of other adhesives.
(3) Chlorinated polypropylene has good gel-forming properties and gloss, and because of its strong affinity with pigments, it can be used as a colorant and a binder for polypropylene injection-molded coatings.
Instructions :
How to use in ink: The performance of chlorinated polypropylene is related to the degree of chlorination and viscosity; so the uses are also different. It is recommended to use this product under the guidance of an engineer. In general, dissolve this product in toluene or other solvents to prepare a liquid containing 20-30% of this product, and add it to ink or other systems according to the requirements of the ink formulation.
