NeoRez® R-3961 is a hard and flexible polyurethane dispersion that can be used in a variety of applications, especially for PVC substrates

Supply form: 31% in water and n-butylpyrrolidone (9.8%)

Coating properties
- Hard, flexible, chemical resistant and abrasion resistant
- Elongation up to 270%, Koenig hardness 130 seconds
- Water, moisture and UV resistant
- Adhesion to plastics and metals such as PVC, ABS and PC

Application Information
- Clear and tinted plastic paint, metallic paint and wood paint
-Vinyl finish
- Gravure and screen printing inks
-Special coatings in floors and buildings
- NeoRez® R-3961 can be easily applied by brush, roller or printing techniques
- A small amount (1-2%) of crosslinker CX-100 will improve chemical resistance and mechanical properties
-NeoRez® R-3961 is compatible with a variety of acrylic emulsions
-Increasing pH increases resin viscosity

store
Resin should be stored indoors, in unopened, undamaged containers, and in a dry place; storage temperature is 5-40°C, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life
Under the above storage conditions, the shelf life of the resin is 12 months after leaving the factory.
