UC-2210 resin is a polycarbonate-modified polyurethane dispersion with good chemical resistance and outstanding water resistance. For difficult-to-adhere nylon substrates, it has good adhesion, good flexibility, and excellent weather resistance.

Product Specifications

     Please keep it in a cool and dry place away from light. The storage temperature should be between 5 and 30°C to keep the packaging intact. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the date of manufacture. Performance evaluation before use over 6 months. This product needs to be strictly protected from frost. After opening the package, it is recommended to use it up at one time. Please perform proper filtration before use.

Nylon Varnish

1. Put 1. into a clean tank, slowly add parts 2 and 3, and stir evenly at low speed
2. Add 5. deionized water and stir well
3. Adjust pH to 7.5-8.5 with 6 parts
4. Add 7 parts and stir for 30 minutes
5. Add 4 parts and mix well
6. Pass the inspection, filter and pack.

  Precautions  
1. When preparing the paint solution, be sure to stir the cross-linking agent and paint solution evenly first, then add deionized water and stir well, leave it for 10 minutes before use
2. When baking, please bake at a low temperature of 60-80°C for 3-5 minutes, and then bake at a high temperature to prevent the formation of bubbles due to intense reaction.
3. Please mix and use the paint liquid now, not overnight, and the unused paint liquid should not be poured into the original paint bucket
