Irganox 1010 is a highly effective, low stain stabilizer that can be used in a variety of organic compounds such as: plastics, synthetic fibers, elastomers, paraffins, lubricants and lubricants. It protects these materials from thermal oxidative degradation. Irganox 1010 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility, and is also odorless and tasteless.

Irganox 1010 is available in three crystalline forms with melting point ranges:
a state: 120℃－125℃
b state: 110℃－115℃
c state: 115℃－120℃
The melting point range of the product varies with the different ratios of the crystalline forms during mixing. But this situation will not affect the effect of Irganox 1010.

application
The range of applications for Irganox 1010 includes polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene and other polymers such as polyacetal, polyamide and polyurethane. It can also be used in polyester, polyvinyl chloride, crystalline polystyrene, high strength polystyrene, ABS, SBS resins, elastomers such as: EPM and EPDM and other synthetic rubbers, adhesives (natural and synthetic adhesive resins) and other organic materials.
Irganox 1010 can be mixed with other additives such as auxiliary antioxidants (thioethers, phosphites), light stabilizers, and antistatic agents. Mixing of Irganox 1010 and Irgafos 168 (Irganox B-blends) will have a very significant effect. .
